logoAccommodation

We consider it very important that a student is made to feel "at home" while attending a course at CELT. Great emphasis is, therefore, placed on the careful selection of homestay providers.

It is our policy to place only one student per nationality with each homestay provider (unless otherwise requested). This is important as it allows students to practise their English outside the classroom.

Homestay accommodation is full-board with packed lunches provided from Monday to Friday and whenever there are full day excursions.

During the summer period (July & August) our adult students have the option to rent self-catering rooms in the University Halls of Residence next to our centre. Hotel and guest house accommodation can also be arranged on request. Please feel free to contact us for further information.

logoAbout Cardiff

As the capital city of Wales, Cardiff offers a wide range of amenities - theatres, concert halls, sports centres, pubs and restaurants - as well as castles, museums, and other historic buildings. It has one of the largest shopping centres outside London with three new shopping malls and seven superb Victorian and Edwardian arcades.

Cardiff is also a "green" city which offers peace and relaxation in its magnificent city parks - ideal for a picnic or just a quiet walk. Finally, Cardiff is an important university city and provides an ideal environment for studying as it does not have an over-concentration of foreign students learning English.
