Teacher Recruitment
We have an experienced team of qualified EFL teachers who work throughout the year at CELT. There are times during the year, however, when the school is particularly busy and we need to recruit additional staff to join our teaching team.
We are, therefore, pleased to receive CVs from both experienced and newly-qualified teachers.
If you are interested in seeking teaching work with us, please take a look at the criteria we use for recruiting teaching staff (see below) and then send a CV and an expression of interest to the following email address: [email protected]

CELT is committed to safer recruitment practices for all staff who may have unsupervised contact with under 18s. It is delivered at every point of the recruitment process – from the stage of advertising a job vacancy, in the invitation to interview letter, during the interview itself and throughout our suitability checks.
You will, therefore, be asked to provide a copy of your qualifications, a CV with an explanation of any career gaps, along with the contact details of at least two referees. We routinely ask referees to confirm that applicants are suitable for work with students under 18.
Successful applicants are then required to undergo an Enhanced DBS police check. Please see the ‘Safer Recruitment’ section of our Safeguarding Policy for further details.
