Greg taught in Spain, France, and La Réunion before returning to Wales to teach English at Cardiff University.

Originally from San Francisco, USA, Grace started her teaching career in Italy.

Mike Burden
Director of Studies

Mike qualified in 2002 and has taught in China and Saudi Arabia. He plays guitar and is a Liverpool fan for his sins.

Academic Projects Development Manager

Neil is a diploma qualified teacher and teacher trainer with over 25 years of experience in ELT. He once taught the finance director of ABBA.

Senior Admin Officer and Accommodation Organiser

Eli is the friendly face in reception who welcomes everyone into CELT. She is obsessed with yellow and loves posting letters.

Chenowyth Hodges
Admin Assistant

Chen is from the USA and now lives in Wales. She is a passionate lover of coffee and, despite what her t-shirt says, her favourite band is Pink Floyd.

Molly Zoglowek
Admin Assistant

Molly is currently reading Sports Studies at university. She loves cricket and is the queen of Instagram.

Celine Maasland
International Marketing Officer

A speaker of several languages and holder of even more passports, Celine represents CELT at marketing events around the world. She is an avid fan of Haribo.

Alyssia Jones

Alyssia has taught in the USA and started with CELT on our Young Learner course. Her greatest pleasure is chocolate.

Rachael Argyle

Rachael has taught in many countries including Italy, Czech Republic, and Finland. She loves literature and is super fast on a scooter.

Andrew Higgins

Andrew has been teaching for over 20 years. He has an M.A. in Applied Linguistics and a DELTA. He loves rambling in the countryside and Georgian grammar.

Sally Kim

Sally has taught in Spain, Czech Republic, and South Korea. She loves teaching lower levels. She also plays the piano and is keen on crosswords.

Simon Parker

Simon has taught in Japan and Turkey. A true Welshman, he is a lover of fine ales and rugby.

James Norman

James loves teaching exam classes and is also a published travel and culture writer. He can pronounce the Welsh village name Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrn-

Rhiannon Hughes

Rhiannon is from Wales and has lived in Spain. She loves going to festivals and wearing funky nail polish.

Mike Fisher

Mike has travelled in around South America and his dream is to live in Brazil. He has recently started doing triathlons, but had to learn to swim first.
