Holiday Language Course
Learn English and discover the culture
Our Holiday Language Course is designed for both teenagers (minimum age 13) who have already started to learn English and want to improve their command of the language, while also enjoying an exciting programme of visits and activities.

All learning materials for CELT’s Holiday Language Courses are included in the course fees.
The cost of the 4 afternoon & 1 evening activities plus the weekly Saturday excursion (including any entrance fees for activities offered by CELT) are included in the course fees.
After taking this course, you will:
- Be more confident when speaking and writing in English in everyday situations
- Be more able to understand people speaking English with different accents
- Be more able to read and listen to materials published in English
- Enrol any Monday during the Summer
- Levels A1 to C1
- Focus on communicative English
- 15 hours tuition per week
- Monday – Friday, 09:15 – 12:45
- 4 afternoon activities per week, including an excursion
- 1 evening activity per week
- Excursion to a destination outside Cardiff every Saturday
- CELT certificate showing attendance and level
- Maximum class size: 16
